At GBPRINTHOUSE.COM, we take great pride in the quality of our printed products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags (if applicable).
Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
⚠️ Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a printing or manufacturing defect.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom printed or personalized items
Clearance or final sale products
Gift cards
Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
Products returned after the 14-day window
🖨️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Send a photo of the product, packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
We may ask you to return the item or dispose of it responsibly depending on the issue.
🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@gbprinthouse.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team.
Package the item securely and return it to the address provided.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
We are not responsible for lost return packages, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
💸 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.
We’ll ship the new item at no additional cost if the exchange is due to our error (e.g. wrong size sent).
For size/style changes due to customer preference, you may be responsible for return shipping.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defect, etc.).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
ℹ️ Additional Notes
Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our policy conditions.
Sale periods and promotional items may have different return rules, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
